Use of cold and cold bags




Hot / cold packs are commonly used for relieving pain and discomfort. Here are some important things to keep in mind:

Do not apply hot / cold packs directly to the skin as it may cause burns or frostbite.

Do not use hot / cold packs for more than 20-30 minutes at a time.

If you have any medical conditions or injuries, consult your doctor before using hot / cold packs.
