1.Place the cuff around your arm, with the bottom edge one inch above the crease of your elbow.
2.Secure the cuff snugly but not too tightly, making sure that the tubing of the cuff is aligned with the center of your arm.
3.Sit with your arm resting on a flat surface so that the cuff is level with your heart.
4.Turn on the digital monitor and get comfortable while the device determines the starting pressure.
5.Press “start” button to start.
6.Read and record the systolic and diastolic blood pressure indicated on the device.
7.Repeat the process at the same time each day or as instructed by your physician.
